No night shifts, Sundays optional. No call Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): All adults Types of cases/Specialty mix : Very busy, but efficient, facility treating the local population. Great reputation and family oriented staff. Opth and GI only. 90% Opth, 10% GI. Of the 10%, 80% cataract and 20% glaucoma. Support staff available (CRNA s, MA s, Scrub Techs) : Staggered coverage between MDs and CRNAs, as well as a Nursing staff and Orderly team. Type of charting (EMR, paper): Blended between Paper and EMR. Intake is EMR, which is printed for the OR. OR uses paper charting. Eventually, they will migrate to EMR. Credentialing timeframe : Less than a week.
