Position: CRM/Email Marketing Specialist

Salary: PHP 85,000 - 105,000/month

Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned with Australian hours; full-time (remote)

OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for defining, building and scaling prominent CRM programs across our clients ensuring their email marketing needs are met and exceeded. You are highly analytical and commercially minded, and know how to turn customer data into clear, actionable strategy.

This is a hands-on role that blends data with creativity to accelerate the growth across our clients' edm channels. Using platforms such as Klaviyo, Marapost and Mailchimp you will ideate, build and optimise emails and lifecycle journeys that drive customer retention, lifetime value and frequency.
