Job Description
Execute development tasks and user stories within Salesforce CRM Analytics
Build, enhance, and troubleshoot CRMA dashboards, datasets, and queries
Analyze data issues and identify why processes, dashboards, or data flows are breaking
Investigate upstream/downstream data sources and field mappings
Partner with onshore architects (architecture led by Anith) to implement solutions
Provide hands-on development support with some analytical problem-solving
Work independently on “here’s the task, go execute” style assignments
Overlap with US team daily for collaboration and handoff
