Position Overview
As a CRM & Omnichannel Marketing Specialist at Alumil, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing the companyโs customer relationship management and omnichannel marketing strategies. Your efforts will focus on enhancing customer engagement, improving the customer journey, and driving measurable business results through targeted campaigns across multiple platforms.
The role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling the companyโs CRM and multichannel communication ecosystem, with a strong focus on Infobip and customer data management.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Operations & Platform Management
- Own and manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM and Infobip platform.
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and proper data flows across teams.
- Support internal stakeholders (HQ & subsidiaries) in CRM usage and execution.
