Job Description
As Ask & Embla's CRM Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of customer engagement and retention initiatives. You will assist in managing customer data, helping launch campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the CRM function. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and learning best practices in CRM and lifecycle marketing. What You'll Do
Customer Data Analysis & Reporting:
Support the review of customer behavior, purchase trends, and engagement data. Assist in preparing reports and highlighting basic insights for the team. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
