Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, execution & launch of EDM/PUSH/SMS campaigns that deliver a flawless customer experience through the App, site and landing pages. Understanding the role and characteristics of different communications channels
• Drive innovative ideas and solutions in response to customer needs and changing market conditions
• Design, execute and evaluate Test & Learn experiments to optimize campaign performance
• Provide regular communication with stakeholders, such as the broader marketing team, sales team, country leads and product team
• Ensure emails follow organization policies and best practices
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
