**Location:** Midtown NYC, Hybrid 2-3 days/week

Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a CRM Implementation & Training Specialist for a long-term contract in New York, NY. This role bridges the gap between technical setup and user proficiency as the firm migrates from Salesforce to DealCloud. The position is hybrid (3 days on-site), including paid travel for regional rollouts.
This is the ultimate opportunity for a CRM pro who wants to own a project from end-to-end. You’ll join in the final lab phase of the implementation to master the system's guts, then step onto the front lines to lead the rollout.
