The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in real estate backend operations, collections, legal documentation, registry, possession management, and customer relationship management.

Key Result Areas (KRA) / Responsibilities

Post-Sales Customer Lifecycle Management

Manage complete post-sales customer journey from booking to final possession
Ensure smooth customer onboarding, payment scheduling, and milestone tracking
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution

Collections & Payment Recovery

Drive collections as per demand schedule and payment milestones
