Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards preferred)
- Ability to convert data insights into practical business recommendations
- Professional telephone manner with confidence in client interaction
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and effectively
- Ability to effectively manage multiple clients, tasks, and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong administrative, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused approach
- Experience with CRM systems
- Working with data-driven tools and reporting platforms
- Maintain a healthy Pharmacy Health Score across all allocated pharmacies
