About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect & Engineer to lead the evolution of a modern, scalable, and AI-ready CRM ecosystem. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of technology, commercial operations, compliance, and product strategy.

The successful candidate will own the CRM architecture roadmap, drive platform innovation, and deliver solutions that support sales enablement, compliance-grade onboarding, and integration with payment and operational systems.

This role requires deep hands‑on Dynamics expertise combined with strong stakeholder management, solution architecture capability, and long-term strategic thinking.
