SAMARITANS OF SINGAPORE LIMITED is seeking a Crisis Support Executive (CSE) to handle risk assessments of clients through calls, emails, and texts. The CSE will classify communications by risk levels and decide follow-up actions, including referrals for crisis support.

This role also involves providing frontline support to volunteers who manage the organization’s hotline. A diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling, along with relevant experience in the Social Service sector, is preferred.
