Summary: Chippewas of the Thames First Nation (COTTFN) is seeking a Crisis Response Team Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering culturally safe, trauma‑informed prevention, intervention, and post‑vention services for COTTFN and partner communities. The Supervisor ensures 24/7 service readiness (including on‑call coordination), integrates First Nation cultural components into care, and upholds accreditation standards, COTTFN policies, and financial/reporting requirements.
