Salary: $3,500 to $5,400

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00–18:30, Friday 9:00–18:00

Experience: 2 to 3 years

• Supports the crewing department in all aspects of employment administration for seagoing personnel, including checking of monthly crew payroll.
• Maintain an updated list of manning for each assigned vessel and monitor and follow up closely on rotation plan.
• Coordinate and liaise closely with manning agencies, Master, port agencies and travel agencies for the smooth transition of crew for vessels sailing at foreign waters.
• Liaise and coordinate with travel agencies on crew flight bookings.
• Apply for flag state endorsement for the officers before they join the assigned vessels.
• Conduct briefing and/or debriefing of officers as and when required.
