Job Description
Missions Crew Planning & Operations
- Oversee and optimise crew schedules in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
- Ensure the right competencies are assigned to the right vessel at the right time
- Manage absences, special leave requests and arrange necessary replacements
- Coordinate crew rotations and ensure continuity of operations
- Monitor working hours, rest periods and provide out-of-hours support when required
- Anticipate hiring needs and lead recruitment of seagoing personnel
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through schools, agencies and partnerships
- Supervise variable payroll elements and ensure administrative compliance
- Manage relationships with manning agencies and optimise associated costs
- Prepare and monitor the crewing budget with a focus on cost efficiency
