JOB PURPOSE
The Crew Talent Acquisition Senior Manager is responsible to design, implement and monitor the long-term and medium-term shipboard talent acquisition strategy in line with the requirements set for the geographical region of responsibility.
Works with Operations leaders, Workforce Planning leaders and Scheduling teams to determine the talent acquisition strategies and actions needed to support the scheduling functions and assure maximum adherence to the PAR Requirements of the vessels. This role is responsible to maintain operational effectiveness of the assigned regional HUB and the manning agencies present in the region. This position involves strategic planning, analysis, and coordination to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity as well as maintain focus on the assigned Forecasting models to be deployed.
