**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Underground Crew Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal to the daily operations on active job sites, leading a crew of 2–3 field members. The position combines hands-on fieldwork with crew management, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and to high standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide daily on-site leadership and direction for storm drain, sewer, freshwater, and natural gas line installation and repair projects.
+ Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks.
+ Enforce OSHA compliance and job site safety protocols.
+ Read and execute construction plans and utility markings accurately.
+ Coordinate with the Underground Team Lead to ensure availability of tools, parts, and resources.
