**Job Description**


**The Role**

In this role, you will lead and direct manufacturing plant operations at Parma Metal Center. This role will exercise a substantial amount of creativity, perception, and initiative with a significant latitude for independent judgment and action. Management of a large group of hourly and salaried employees over a single shift supporting the plant. You will have immediate responsibility over people leaders in manufacturing operations, and the execution of plant business processes. Assure that organizational or divisional production objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. This position will rotate between 2nd and 3rd shift.
