They are seeking an experienced Commercial Solar Crew Lead to oversee installation teams on commercial solar projects throughout the state.

Job Summary:
The Commercial Solar Crew Lead is responsible for leading a crew of 5–10 installers on large commercial solar installations. This role oversees daily field operations including racking and PV module installation, safety compliance, productivity tracking, and quality control. The ideal candidate has strong commercial solar experience and can manage crews while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
