Key Responsibilities

Collections activity — outbound/inbound calls, email follow‑up, and liaising with branches and customers

Banking and allocations — accurate daily processing of customer payments

Customer account management — reconciliations, query resolution, and maintaining account accuracy

New account setup — processing applications and conducting credit limit reviews
