Career Opportunity: Credit Investigator/ Collector

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or written communication to follow up on overdue payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment issues.
• Negotiate payment plans or settlement arrangements when necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate/college undergraduate/college graduate
• With at least work experience as a Collector/Credit Investigator
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Preferably with driver's licensed and own motorcycle
• Amenable to do fieldwork in the assigned area (Around Metro Manila)
