Global Director of Credit

We are seeking a Global Director of Credit for Solstice Advanced Materials, a leader in high‑purity, high‑performance chemicals and materials. The role will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive trade credit policies, strategies, and risk mitigation approaches for Solstice's general commercial operations. This position reports to Treasury and will work out of Mexico City on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a general team that evaluates credit risk, sets risk class and credit limits on customer accounts.
• Design and implement an enterprise‑wide trade credit risk management framework.
• Develop credit assessment models for global customer portfolios and implement advanced credit scoring and monitoring systems.
