Job Description
We have an opening for a Credit & Finance Administrator to join our team in a fixedβterm capacity to cover parental leave. Based at our offices in Ellerslie and reporting to the Credit and Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for accounts processing and administration.
Working Conditions
- Ellerslie, Auckland based with option to work from home 2 days per week (Monday & Friday) once trained.
- Fixed term until end of May 2027, working 40βhours per week.

About The Role
Aside from general administration you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all NZ cash receipts (EFT and Credit Card) and outstanding accounts from rental agreements. You will need to answer any queries, maintain databases, and process all driving infringements and breaches.
