As a Credit Controller your responsibilities are:

• Keep a close eye on outstanding invoices and follow up with customers by phone and email.


• Ensure incoming payments are correctly allocated.


• Discuss payment terms and set up repayment plans with clients.


• Take full ownership of your own customer portfolio.


• Send friendly yet firm payment reminders using SAP.


• Collaborate smoothly with different internal departments.


• Monitor cash flow and contribute to reporting.

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• You've recently graduated in Administration, Finance, or a related field, or you already have some experience in credit control.


• You have strong Dutch and English skills; French is a nice bonus.


• Experience with SAP is a plus.


• Confident with MS Office, Teams, and Excel.
