In this role, you’ll play a key part in protecting the business through effective credit risk management. You’ll ensure processes are followed and deliver accurate, timely and insightful reporting. Working closely with Site and Area Managers, you’ll proactively manage arrears, support the resolution of customer disputes, and guide accounts through the collection process — including litigation where appropriate.
