Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the collection of outstanding debt
• Process claims, returns, and credit notes efficiently
• Reconcile key customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Liaise closely with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams
• Monitor credit risk and ensure adherence to company policies
• Prepare reporting and analysis for management

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in FMCG/manufacturing credit control
• Previous management experience advantageous
• Strong SAP proficiency essential
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation & analytical skills
