We are seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support provider credentialing and onboarding across a multi-state telehealth environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring clinicians meet all credentialing and compliance requirements and are cleared to practice in a timely manner.
Position Overview

+ Temporary, fully remote position

+ Up to 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends

+ Pay Range: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage end-to-end credentialing for providers from intake through approval

+ Build and maintain provider profiles in Modio

+ Track credentialing workflows and progress in JIRA

+ Perform primary source verification, including licenses, education, board certifications, DEA, and other required credentials

+ Conduct sanction screenings (OIG, SAM, NPDB) and complete compliance reviews
