Creator Partnerships & Community Lead (FMCG)

We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships & Community Lead to supercharge the next wave of our growth. You’ve helped build an FMCG or DTC brand from the ground up — turning creators into brand believers, content into conversion machines, and community into a flywheel.

This is a high-ownership role that blends creator strategy, influencer campaigns, and community building — and gives you a clear path into broader growth leadership. We’ve got budget to back bold ideas, and we’re looking for someone ready to test what no one else dares to.

What You’ll Own

• Lead end-to-end strategy: outreach, briefing, gifting, negotiation, performance tracking.
• Build a high-impact seeding program (50–100 kits/month) with a focus on post rate and content reuse.
• Launch and scale our affiliate engine — from nano to macro — with clear weekly KPIs.
