About the team

The Creator Cooperation Team at TikTok Shop Indonesia bridges creator partnerships with FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Brands. We manage top-creator programs, coordinate multi-MCN campaigns, and drive social commerce growth through strategic creator alignment. In this role, you'll support the execution of creator-driven FMCG campaigns by managing data tracking and operational coordination across multiple initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain performance trackers across campaigns
- Compile campaign data, manage dashboards, ensure data quality
- Coordinate sample shipments, logistics, and delivery follow-ups
- Coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Support operational alignment across projects
