We're looking for a Creative Strategy Lead who can both manage and develop a team of creative strategists while staying close to the work themselves. You and your team will craft data-driven pipelines, briefs, assist with UGC projects, and develop creative strategies that enhance performance for our diverse base of DTC clients.

The Role

As a Creative Strategy Lead, you will be the lead strategist on some of our agency's most important accounts while also coaching and managing a team of 1-3 creative strategists. You will lead ideation and push boundaries, while working to achieve client goals. Collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams, you'll develop research-based and purposeful creative pipeline recommendations, while balancing short and long term considerations.
