We're looking for a Creative Director to lead ad creative strategy across our campaigns. This is an ongoing role where you'll be responsible for ideating, directing, and overseeing the production of high-performing video and static ad creative — primarily for Meta, with expansion to other platforms.

You'll develop creative strategies and ad concepts, come up with fresh angles and hooks — educational content, testimonials, offer-driven ads, problem/solution frameworks, founder stories, and more. You'll direct and oversee video ad production including UGC-style content, talking heads, and mixed-format edits. You'll create briefs, scripts, and storyboards, and you'll be expected to stay on top of what's working across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and the broader paid social landscape.
