Job Description
Overall Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead and contribute strategic creative thinking, alongside delivering hands-on design expertise, to develop high-quality brand and marketing materials across Get Living and its portfolio. The role is instrumental in shaping and executing creative solutions that support both central brand initiatives and neighbourhood-specific needs, contributing to the effective delivery of marketing, operational and brand objectives.
Key Relationships
Internal : Neighbourhood Director, Resident Experience Director, Marketing Team, Neighbourhood/General Managers, Development and Real Estates Team and other Business Support Functions.
External : Freelance photographers and videographers, third-party printers and signage companies.
