Creative Business Strategies (CBS) is Spotify LATAM’s cultural innovation hub. We design and execute cross‑functional cultural initiatives that strengthen Spotify’s leadership in Music Culture and power the Creator Flywheel across the region. A core pillar of this role is leading the operation and coordination of the programming at Casa Spotify as a cultural infrastructure in the market. Casa is a permanent, living platform where artists, creators, fans and industry connect through curated experiences that support Spotify’s cultural relevance and business priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Casa Spotify as a culturally relevant and strategically integrated platform in your market.
• Enable Music, Podcast, Marketing, PR and other Spotify teams to bring their priorities to life through well‑executed real‑life experiences.
• Lead the local rollout and execution of Spotify Sessions and other CBS formats when applicable.
