Overall experience of about 8+ years in Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation.
Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies.
Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc
Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers
Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent TCS
Experience in Front Office Transformation and CPQ (Salesforce / Oracle / SAP) consulting including industry benchmark...
