Court Registry Support Officer Justice Service Criminal – District Court, Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland
Permanent, fulltime opportunity!
Te Haeata/The Opportunity
As a Court Registry Support Officer, you will support the Court's day-to-day operations by supporting the administration function and providing customer service. Duties will include visits to the local Prison once every two weeks, location is Waitakere District Court. You will work closely with Court Registry Officers and support them while they take Court and manage case files.
Day to day, your tasks will include but are not limited to:
* providing timely and efficient customer service,
* supporting Judges and Court Registry Officers both in and out of the courtroom,
* introducing Judges/Judicial Officers into court (in both English and Te Reo Māori),
* support the jury service function and the jurors themselves for trial hearings,
* providing general administrative support fo...
