Court Registry Officer - District Court North Shore, Auckland - Permanent full time

As a Court Registry Officer, you are an important cog in the justice machine. You will work with a team responsible for the successful operation of the Court and liaise with multiple stakeholders including members of the judiciary, lawyers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Case management – Ensuring files are accurate and up to date, involving substantial data entry and sound decision‑making.
• Court taking – Running the court, opening sessions (in English and Te Reo Māori), working closely with the judiciary in the courtroom and chambers, and general court administration.
• Customer Service – Interacting with customers on any court‑related matter via face‑to‑face, phone or email.
