The European Center of Pharmaceutical Medicine (ECPM) or Institute of Pharmaceutical Medicine belongs to the Department of Public Health and is located at the Medical Faculty of the University of Basel. The ECPM comprises an education and training department with focus on drug development and regulatory science and a research department specializing in health economics and healthcare-related research. We collaborate with an international network of experts. We are looking for an individual to fulfil the role of course coordinator and office manager.

Main Assignments

• Organizes and coordinates training courses in the field of pharmaceutical medicine
• Manages the office of the University institute

Course Coordination

• Organization and implementation of new and established training courses
• Management of the reception desk during the courses
• Communication with speakers and course participants
