Key Responsibilities:
Provide

production support

for the Coupa platform, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Work closely with

business users and stakeholders

to understand issues, gather requirements, and implement appropriate solutions.
Develop and implement

enhancements, configurations, and customizations

within Coupa to support evolving business needs.
Monitor system performance and ensure
