Develop and implement the country or cluster Alstom strategy, supported mainly by Region SVP, Strategy Department and Platforms

Grow business by delivering on sales, orders, profit, margin and cash as per agreed budget for the country or cluster, with support from Customer Directors for existing clients and Business Development for new clients

Deliver on sales, orders, profit and cash as per agreed budget, supplemented by Customer Directors for existing clients and Business Development for new clients

Validate and follow-up all decisions with direct impact on country/cluster profit & loss

Be the main interface with local external authorities (e.g. government, municipalities, federations)
