The HR position is part of the Country Leadership Team. This role has end-to-end responsibility for HR across all sites and employees and will be an effective change agent, creating and driving improvements to workforce planning, talent management, talent acquisition and support. The focus is on building a modern HR function that can support growth across plants, remote In-Plant teams, and office-based staff.
