As **Country Commercial Controller** , you are a trusted business partner to the local management team. You monitor business and financial performance, provide clear insights and proactive advice, and support sound decision-making. You lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensure strong financial control, and drive compliance with local statutory and corporate requirements. You also lead and develop two Legal Entity Controllers, ensuring strong collaboration, clear accountability and consistent financial governance across entities. Your contribution helps us run our operations efficiently, sustainably, and in line with regional targets.

Salary range depending on qualification: 244.800 - 306.000 PLN base/year/gross
