We are hiring a Country CEO, reporting to the CEO of Wealth. You will own country P&L, growth, operations, and compliance, and you’ll bring strategic, on-the-ground insight into local customers, markets, and partners—balancing country autonomy (customer, service, culture) with Group alignment(strategy, resourcing, standards).
