**Position Description & Qualifications**
The Counter UAS Analyst provides direct staff‑level support to Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) 401 Counter‑Unmanned Aircraft Systems (cUAS) operations. This role supports planning, coordination, analysis, and execution‑level activities across air and/or surface domains in support of Department of Defense and interagency cUAS missions. The position operates within a Component‑level or Numbered Air Force (NAF) or Service‑equivalent headquarters environment and contributes to joint and interagency operational processes.
The individual integrates into a high‑tempo staff environment, producing timely and accurate staff products, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and maintaining situational awareness of evolving cUAS operational, policy, and threat considerations.
