**Counter Clerk**

**Location: Woodland, WA**

**Pay: $22 / HR**

**Job Description:**

+ Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter
+ Process and close out customer will-call purchases accurately
+ Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to appropriate sales staff
+ Provide basic product information and support to customers as needed
+ Maintain organized and accurate records of orders and transactions
+ Assist with administrative tasks including email correspondence (Outlook) and data entry
+ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment
+ Support general office and front counter operations

Essential Skills

+ Previous customer service or counter sales experience preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and general office software
