Job Summary

Responsible for providing outpatient assessment, counseling and psychological services. Makes referrals as appropriate.


Essential Functions


+ Provides assessment, counseling, and referrals for children, adolescents, individual adults and couples for family, substance abuse, mental health, career and other areas.

+ Establishes and maintains open, professional and positive communications in all aspects of job performance

+ Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and development by participation in staff meetings, in-services, activities, and educational programs for improvement of skills and to maintain competencies and licensure requirements.

+ Interfaces with community personnel and professionals, including teachers, physicians and health care providers, probation officers, pastors and attorneys.
