Job Purpose

You will be part of the team to provide casework and counselling services for families, with the goal for families to achieve healthy family functioning, and to deliver divorce support programmes and services to families who are affected by divorce, with the goal for families and their children to achieve stability and self-reliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Casework & Counselling

• Part of the Intake & Triage Team to conduct intake assessments for new intakes, identify needs, strengths and risks, and make necessary referrals for clients.
• Conduct counselling for individuals, couples and families who are experiencing stress due to marital and family-related issues.
• Conduct case management for clients and case conferences with stakeholders.

• Plan, review and facilitate group work intervention for parents and children.
