Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive eDiscovery strategies aligned with the litigation team's objectives, ensuring an efficient and defensible discovery process.
• Conduct thorough legal research on eDiscovery issues, including emerging case laws, regulatory updates, and technological advancements, to provide informed advice on best practices and compliance requirements.
• Represent the company effectively in eDiscovery‑related matters, promptly responding to discovery requests, negotiating ESI protocols with opposing parties, and attending depositions and hearings with confidence and preparedness.
• Collaborate with external vendors to manage and process ESI securely and efficiently, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and cost‑effectiveness.
