AESG is recruiting a Cost Manager to join our cost management team for a project in Dubai. The role supports project leaders in delivering high‑standard service, achieving successful outcomes, and reinforcing AESG’s reputation as a preferred service provider.

Job Purpose

• Day‑to‑day management of AESG Cost Management project delivery, resource management, and proposals (if needed).
• Attend regular meetings with clients and lead commercial meetings.
• Manage and motivate the cost management team.
• Manage multiple client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Contracts related field.
• Strong understanding of construction costs in UAE and KSA.
• Preferred minimum 4+ years of working experience.
