We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati Graduate to join our Waste-to-Energy O&M plant in Dubai as a Junior Cost Controller.

This role is designed for a fresh graduate looking to start a career in cost control and industrial finance.

You will support the Finance team in monitoring operational costs, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.

You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to understand how plant activities translate into financial performance.

During the first six months, you will rotate across key departments (Accounting, Procurement, Stores, Operations, and Maintenance) to gain a strong understanding of plant processes, cost drivers, and financial workflows.
