Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major infrastructure development programme. They are seeking a hands‑on Cost Controller to drive cost control, financial discipline, and reporting across a large‑scale CAPEX project.

• Establish and maintain project cost control frameworks (WBS, cost codes, control budgets)
• Track project expenditure against budgets, commitments, and forecasts, ensuring alignment to scope
• Perform variance analysis (planned vs actual vs forecast) and identify key cost drivers
• Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
• Prepare cost reports for senior stakeholders including management and steering committees
