Cost Control Engineer to provide commercial, contractual, and financial support for Turnaround and Maintenance projects. The role involves preparing and monitoring budgets for OPEX and CAPEX, developing cost control systems, managing contracts, and ensuring all expenditures are accurately tracked and reported.
